24-hour cancellation
If the client decides to cancel their reservation within the first 24 hours, we can refund any payment.
If you cancel your reservation after 24 hours of booking, no refund will be made.
Age
There is no minimum age to enjoy our special packages,
with the exception of the Festival Week package (minimum age 21 years).
Changes in the Reserves
you should send an email well in advance to info@poseidonweek.com. This may involve manual changes which will incur an administrative fee.
Disability
It is important to inform Poseidon Week in advance of any special needs and requirements so that we can make appropriate arrangements. We cannot be held responsible if you do not inform us of any special needs/requirements that may affect your stay on our boats.
Make a Reservation
If you are travelling in a group, the booking must be made online by one person in charge. This person will be responsible for organising payments and ensuring they are made on time, completing crew list details and acting as the main contact on arrival and departure.
Passports and Visas
Each client must have valid and up to date identity or travel documents (passports, visas, ID cards, etc.).
We do not accept any responsibility in the event of any authority requesting any document during the trip and stay in the tourist destinations.
Payments
You can pay the full amount for the tour package in one lump sum.
You also have the option to pay in installments, as follows:
– For boat reservations and cabin reservations: 10% of the total cost of the reservation can be paid immediately after the reservation or 24 hours before the reservation (as a lump sum).
– 30% of the total cost of the reservation must be paid more than 30 days after the reservation date; and 60% of the total cost of the reservation is due a maximum of 60 days before the start of the combined trip (check the exact date of your reservation).
– For reservations made between 90 and 60 days before the start of the combined trip (verify the exact date of your reservation), 40% of the total cost of the reservation must be paid at the time of booking.
The default currency used by Poseidon Week is the Euro (€). When making a reservation, you can make payments in other currencies, in which case the indicated price will change, depending on fluctuations in exchange rates.
Service Standard
It is important to note that some services on our vessels such as WI-FI, toilets, air conditioning, refrigeration, among other services will differ from the service standards in buildings.
What kind of yacht should I charter?
The route of each package tour provided prior to departure is subject to change due to possible weather changes and other external factors beyond the control of Poseidon Week.
Travel insurance
The price of each package tour does not include travel insurance. Poseidon Week does not sell or arrange travel insurance. The client must have travel insurance covering nautical and adventure activities prior to the commencement of enjoyment of their package tour. For tourists from other countries it is advisable to purchase extended travel interruption insurance in case of unforeseen interruption of air travel.
Caution in Water
Avoid swimming or water activities at tourist destinations when warning flags are displayed. Take all precautions before diving into the water and check the depth beforehand. Inform the boat’s skipper if you have difficulty swimming. Ultimately, each customer is responsible for his or her safety when in the water.
Availability of ships
It is possible that the boat you choose when making your booking may not be available. Poseidon Week reserves the right to cancel your booking, up to 5 working days from the date of booking.
Ship depot
The boat rental company may request a deposit to cover additional cleaning, loss or damage to the boat. This amount (less any sums deducted for damages) will be refunded at the end of your trip. The payment of this deposit is strictly between the client and the charter company. Poseidon Week is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the return or loss of the deposit amount.
