Antigua is ringed by coral reefs and shoals that can be dived all year in 26 to 29 °C water. This morning trip makes two dives at sites chosen according to the day’s sea, on the south coast or around Cades Reef, one of the island’s longest coral barriers.
What you will see
- Coral gardens with sea fans, sponges and parrotfish.
- Hawksbill and green turtles, eagle rays and nurse sharks resting on the sand.
- Wrecks and historic anchors on some dives, depending on the site.
How it works
Departure from the dive centre around 8:30, briefing on board, two dives of 45 to 55 minutes with a surface interval and return by midday. Small groups and a local guide who knows every site.
Who it is for
Certified divers from any agency. If you have not dived for over a year, add a refresher. Marine park rules: do not touch coral or wildlife and use reef-safe sunscreen.
