The school sits right on Malvarrosa beach. You start with a briefing on the sand about getting on the board, holding the paddle and finding your balance. Then you head into the water with the instructor; when there are waves, the session moves to the flat water inside La Marina de València.

Who it is for
For beginners from age 8 who can swim, families and groups of friends. It is a relaxed activity that adapts to every level, and those who already paddle can do a longer route along the coast.
What to bring
Swimwear, towel, water-resistant sunscreen and a T-shirt for the sun. You can leave your things at the school during the session.
Best time: May to October, when the water is warm; in spring and autumn it runs with a wetsuit.
