Parasailing is one of the easiest and most photogenic experiences in Mallorca. You board a purpose-built speedboat in the Bay of Palma or Alcúdia Bay; the crew fits your harness and you take off straight from the back deck, staying dry if you prefer.
What you will do
- Safety talk and harness fitting on board.
- A flight of about 10 minutes at up to 50 metres high.
- Fly solo, as a pair or as a trio under the same canopy.
- Return boat ride, with time to watch the others fly.
Who it is for
No experience or special fitness is needed. It suits couples, families with children from around 6 years old with an adult, and anyone who wants to see Mallorca from above. Weight limits per flight are confirmed when booking.
What to bring
- Swimwear or comfortable clothes that can get wet.
- Sunglasses with a strap and a hat that will not blow away.
- A phone in a waterproof pouch for photos.
Best time to go
May to October. Flights need light wind; if it blows hard, the trip is rescheduled. Late-afternoon slots have the prettiest light.
